Every now and then I crave for heavy duty chocolate dessert, but now I have found Donna Hay's Chocolate Brownie recipe that is super easy and made with basic baking ingredients. I just added blueberry to this recipe and the result is in the pics below.

Ingredients:
(I have reduced the quantity to suit my baking tray
- 180g dark chocolate, chopped
- 150g butter, chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberry, crushed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 cups plain (all-purpose) flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Fresh blueberries
Direction:
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325ºF).
- Place the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- Place the sugar, eggs, cocoa, flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add the chocolate mixture and mix until combined.
- Pour into a square slice tin lined with non-stick baking paper and sprinkle with fresh blueberries. I used my cup cake tray to avoid slicing in the end ;)
- Bake for 50 minutes or until an inserted skewer withdraws clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with your choice of ice-cream.
